Returns & Exchanges

At FlowPure, we want you to enjoy every drop of water; if you are not completely satisfied with your filtration system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all installation hardware to qualify for a credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your FlowPure system and all unused filters in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
